Site Info & Rules

•We are a small and peacefull site. Please feel free to enjoy the farmland here on the site. •We have an allocated dog walking area around the grass pasture on the East side of the site. Please keep dogs on leads and follow the hedgeline around the permimetre of the field.

•Lake 1 – This is a very deep lake with a few fish (Perch and Roach). You are welcome to try your hand at a spot of fishing but you must call us first to book a slot. Children must not be unattended in this area.

•Lake 2 – The smallest – This is our nature area and packed full of wildlife. Please feel free to spot dragon flies, moor hens , pheasants, toads & frogs but please be quiet and peacefull as we do not want to disturb nesting birds or other wild-life which has made this area its home . •

•Lake 3 – Only a couple of feet deep, you can often see our resident Heron on the east side. Watch our for Moor Hens, Ducks and Geese. Also keep an eye out for the local Deer who come each morning to drink.

•Ball Games – You are welcome to play ball games on the grassed area of the site (away from the caravan pitches)

•No Fire Pits please / Gas BBQ’s only.
•Dogs on Leads at all times please. No dogs in wildlife area or pond.

Please make sure you shut and lock the gate after entering and leaving the site. This keeps it secure & safe for everyone
